Great forgotten albums: The Family Stand--Moon In Scorpio

Great rock and soul songs by a very Princey group. They absolutely saved Corey Glovers solo joint. worship Too bad they never much caught on.

I still to this day don't understand why they never blew the f*ck up in the early 90s. But that album is truly a classic. As old as it is, it really doesn't sound dated. However, out of all four of their albums, Connected is the best IMHO.

Connected is probably one of the best CDs recorded in the past decade. Jackie McGhee has an incredible voice and the tracks are TIGHT! I feel sorry for those who don't own this CD. The old material from the early 90s is good, too. I think Jackie did the female vox spot justice as a replacement. Its funny how one band can put out two completely different styled CDs, BOTH of them be good and still get no love from so-called musical "purists".

Winter In My Heart is my favorite song off that album. It's awesome.
