his music... if we can say that it is his music... should have no face at all. This man isn't grotesque... He's discusting.
didn't hear anything new of him, but would like to see another face in his head!
Love can save us all......

Shouldn't judge him by his looks. Does alot of interesting music.

Would U judge Prince without hair and makeup?

The whole album is brilliant. If you appreciate ART, you'll appreciate this album. It's classic rock art.

I've downloaded a few tracks but I don't want to hear them all and spoil it for when I buy the record next month. "This Is The New Shit" is a pretty hot track and the video for "mOBSCENE" ain't oo shabby. He definitely added a new sound to this album and I hope I get used to it. Too bad Twiggy left though, the band won't be the same.

I agree. I actually have never bought any of his albums, but I love watching his videos when I happen to see them. I love how creepy, distorted, and campy they can actually be.

Has anyone noticed his schoolboy looking outfit and ponytail look he's been sporting lately look peculiarly like something Prince was wearin on the LiveSexy tour?

Marylin Manson is a cool guy. I like seeing one on one interviews with him because he is suprisingly soft spoken and shy. I'd really love to BS with him one evening.

I really loved Mechanical Animals and Holy Wood and I bought The golden age of grotesque on the first day when it was released as a limited edition with the dvd. I was deeply disappointed. Mobcene is quite OK but most of the songs sound musically and lyrically uninspired to me.
There is nothing on this record that hasn´t been said and done before. Unless you don´t waste money you should give it a listen before buying or better buy the other two records which are really great.

It took a few days, but the album had grown on me. It's nowhere near as hot as Antichrist, but it's pretty damn good. Lyrically it could be better in spots, but overall it's a worth while record.
