Slow jams you fell in love to

I know this might be kinda sappy but I was curious as to what slow jam(s) actually meant something to you at one point or another. If you have one, start with your "crush song" That would be the song you associated with the girl/boy in the 6th,7th or 8th grade that you thought was all that. Come on you all know you have a song like that. When you would hear it, you would get those "funny" feelings lol.

My crush song would be The Whispers "LADY". I Had a crush on this girl named Felica in my English class back in 8th grade. Fine brown skinned sista with the Patrice Rushen beads n braids look going on. Man I would hear those beads rattlin' when she walked in a room and get weak-kneed lol. Don't even know how I first tied that song to Felica but everytime I heard it, I would think of her. Through the year I talked to her now and then but didn't know how to take that "next step" Didn't have the game then I would have later in life lol. Later on that same year, we were at a school dance and sure enough "Lady" comes on. Next thing I know she is standing in front of me asking me to dance! I just knew it was a sign lol Long story short, we ended up dating all through high school. It took me a while to realize she was really a bitch but it's a special memory just the same lol

My adult slow jam would be "Whip Appeal" by Babyface. That's the song I was diggin when I meant my wife and I have just always associated that song with her. At least that one turned out better. We are still married lol.

Anyone else with some songs and stories to share?

"If You Play Your Cards Right" -- Alicia Myers
"Lost In You" -- Garth Brooks (it hit me in the moment)

There are a few slow joints that remind me of different ladies, but only one burner that I fell in love to and that was 'Fire and Desire'. Grinding on my soon to be girlfriend of three years at a school dance.
