All of the Island ones, including the 2CD deluxe versions of Catch A Fire, Exodus and Rastaman Vibration. I have a 2CD Trojan set to cover the non-Island years which does a good enough job I think...

Me too! I had the Box Set, but gave it to my friend. She's a much bigger fan than I am. Obviously. Too bad I didn't know about eBay back then! Oh Well.

I'm not fond of Legend either, as it cannot sum up his entire career in an hour or so. And I don't like it when the original tracklist/order (as INTENDED by the artist) is ignored and songs from completely different backgrounds are mixed together (like on "The very best of Prince"...) Just my personal opinion of course [This message was edited Mon May 19 23:42:41 PDT 2003 by agotajonesmartha]

I agree it's just you said Natty Dread was his FIRST major release, when Catch A Fire and Burnin pre-dated it on Island and in terms of his career I'd advise chronoloical order as with any legend.

I'm behind on collecting the classic beauties of real song and music, but a lot of love and admiration from the heart for Bob Marley... [This message was edited Thu May 22 20:06:29 PDT 2003 by Starmist7]
