'Diva's duets' on VH1...

Who's watching? Queen Latifah just made a statement riding on a motorcycle...Chaka, Ashanti, Beyonce, Celine Dion, and others will be there...the 'divas' getting together to 'save the music'...

What happened to Madonna, Mariah Carey, Donna Summer...no mention of the other 'real' diva's' whatsoever, just J.Lo...or was it meant just to promote these up and coming artists...

Loved seeing Queen Latifah ride through town and into the auditorium on her motorbike.

Other favorite moments:

Beyonce and Jewell singing Proud Mary, especially during the pseudo-lesbian action at the end. They were really showing some personality!

Celine's Have You Ever Been in Love. That new haircut is much better for her.

Beyonce's Dangerously in Love. Girl can work it.

Note to Whitney: Leave Bobby at home.

disbelief I liked her with long hair. I never thought she was that ugly before (not the hottest chick ever but not bad) but this new hairdo kind of makes her look like a guy. Does she wear wigs on her show or something and is that why she cut it like that?

Celine said afterwards that she cut it because it saves her time and is easier to manage being a mom and a constant Vegas performer.

No, she's not the prettiest chick. And that's the problem I had with her looks before. She was trying to act like she was fine and sexy before. But J.Lo is fine. Janet is fine. Celine is not fine. So, she annoyed me trying to pull off the long-haired, tighter clothing America's Princess look.

Now this short, spikey, bleached cut just says I don't give a damn. I can sing; I don't have to be sexy. She should have said that a long time ago.

This cut gives her edge and a new persona. Love it a lot.

I don't understand why you think she was trying to be sexy just because she wanted long hair and tight clothes. And I also don't think that Celline Dion is ugly. And if she were so what? That doesn't mean that she has to wack off her hair. I know she did go short, but I doubt that she was thinking,"I'm ugly, so why would I need long hair?"
And another thing, who says that short hair isn't sexy?

Okay, How does everyone think Ashanti sounded? Don't think about the bad dancing. If you had your eyes shut, how would you rate the performance?

Beyonce Beyonce Beyonce!
That Performance moved me to tears and I was truly amused when Ashanti thought that she could come out there and strut the stage and say,"ooh Baby" and win anybody over.
After Dangerously in Love, the show was over for me.
I've learned already that I can't speak for everyone else
when I say this, but Beyonce stole the show.

...And what does everyone think of Teralyn Ramsey?
Did I spell her name right?
