Ask Rufus the most

Ain't nothing like Chaka when she pulls the "quite storm" style in her music! i.e. "Egyptian Song", "Hollywood"(Lata sampled by India Arie in "The Little Things"), "Earth Song" and the HIGHLIGHT of the whole LP "Everlasting Love" which I'm sooo crazy about!

*Sigh* I just LUV me some Chaka, that woman def know how to make ppl feel good when they hear her

I agree I Know the feeling because She is One of my All-time Favorite Artists.Rufus Balanced Her Out as well.some of Her Solo Stuff was a Bit too Spit Shine in spots but with Rufus you got the Gut-Bucket&Feeling with Flavor.

I have a very basic Rufus and Chaka Khan collection,it only contains ten songs.Is this the one you have? I would love to see Warners release a kickass 2-CD set,with maybe a few rarities thrown in.

But personaly? "Ask Rufus" is betta than "Street Player" IMHO but both have some good moments in them. But if you like 2 hear the "Quite Storm" Rufus/Chaka then you might as well check "Ask Rufus",,,very dreamy, sexy and mellow record, you'll love it!

AAaaand I'ma get my ass right now and play me some mo' "Ask Rufus" its been 2 day since I heard it!
