What Will Happen 2 Truth Hurts?? Now that she've been dropped from Aftermath?? I really feel bad 4 the sista cuz lawd knows how good we hear a woman who could REALLY sing and doing good in the mainstream at the same time.

However, like you said(the backround stuff), we may expect her doing some back-up vocals laying some hooks since she've been doing this 4 the longest. It would be nice if she hooked up with J-Records or MCA,,something like that! | |

She'll either a) get a real and/or decent name and be a successful act or b) start recording Destiny's Child/Pink/702/Tweet castoffs and be a successful act.

Like Maxxx said, she'll be aight. She's got the talent and she HAS to keep the name or it'll be like starting over. I'm not much for her lyrics, but I like her voice. I wish her well. The biz is not kind to women in general, especially ones over 22. LOL! She and Tweet may have trouble in the years ahead, but Truth has a style about her and good stage presence. Its easier to come back than it is to start out. Singers shouldn't be on rap labels anyway. They will NEVER get the development and attention they deserve. | |

I kinda understand where Latonya come from! she've been doing this for 5 years! she was on the road singing back-ups 4 Gladys Knight and when she stopped, she found herself back 2 her town. I guess she wanted 2 grap on something so she could eat like everybody does but its cool. I just hope she break free from her label when she get her feet on a solid ground, in the future hopefuly! | |
