sweet sweet mellow track:MAZE-THE LOOK IN YOUR EYES This song just make me feel so great.
It´s magical, like the feeling when U fall in love in springtime. That intro... I dig the studio version, but that live version from their 1980 live album Live in New Orleans is even sharper!! That intro... /peace Manki

Agree, dig both but the live version is the best. Song is pure Maze magic along the lines of "Golden Time Of Day" Bringing Together Five Decades of R&B/Funk/Soul/Dance

The intro is my favorite part of the song.I love many songs by Frankie Beverly and Maze, but this song has to be my favorite.I'm gonna have to go out and pick up some of their older CDs!

If memory serves me correctly, this song is on their 1980 album 'Joy And Pain',right? I remember my father had the 8-track back then.

A coworker of mine yesterday told me she can't stand FB & M. I looked at her dumbfounded. Whenever I tried to categorize where they stand in the pantheon of soul/r&b, she'd just put up her hand, not wanting to hear it.
