Requiem for a dream

I absolutly LOVE the Requiem for a dream soundtrack...
i think the guy who composed the music is a complete and utter genius...i haven't been so moved by anything in a long, long time...

what do other Orgers think of this Soundtrack...and the movie aswell while we're at it..

Anxiety

It's some great music - very intense, very emotional. The Kronos Quartet makes some interesting music, that's for sure.

The movie is amazing as well. I think it's the only film I have to own, yet can't watch more than maybe once a year. Watching it is a good reality check, but it's a hard pill to swallow.

Awesome movie. Ellen Burstyn's performance is beyond incredible. I remember the soundtrack as being very powerful and a perfect complement to what was happening onscreen. Haven't listened to it outside of the movie.

Awesome movie and Awesome soundtrack, the night I bought it my girl at the time was taking me to the airport. I decided though that before I got on the plane we would pull over into a parking lot (it was empty at the time) and simply throw down with the soundtrack in the background...kinda hard hittin it in the back of an Infiniti J30...

good times

The movie is amazing and the music stil haunts me. I can't exactly imagine getting busy to it in te back of a car because it brings back such vivid images of the movie. It is one of those movies that just tells you the truth. I was freaked out for a few days after I watched it.
