I'm almost positive that it is from 1979.It was the first single from their 1979 'Spirits Having Flown' album, right?

That's what happens when you can only pick ten songs, you wind up having to leave out some really great songs wink

It was the first single from Spirits but it was released in November '78. I think it hit no.1 in January '79.

How do you pick just 10?

Do you go with the obvious and come up with something like this

- Stayin' Alive
- Jive Talkin
- Nights on Broadway
- How Can You Mend a Broken Heart
- How Deep is your Love
- You Should Be Dancing
- To Love Somebody
- Words
- Love So Right
- Too Much Heaven

Or do you go with the lesser known (at least in the use) work (that's still as good as ever) and come up with something like this
- You Win Again
- For Whom The Bell Tolls
- Deja Vu
- Toys
- This Is Where I Came In
- Sacred Trust
- Blue Island
- Dimensions
- Alone
- Immortality

Which list is better? Is Stayin' Alive really better than You Win Again? Is To Love Somebody any more powerful than Blue Island. Is How Can You Mend a Broken Heart better than For Whom The Bell Tolls?

I could add a dozen more songs that could easilly be on either of the lists above. Songs like

- The Woman In You
- Spirits (Having Flown)
- Tragedy
- She Keeps On Coming
- Just In Case
- Rings Around the Moon
- Fanny (be Tender)
- Lonely Days
- Omega Man
- Love You Inside Out
- Night Fever
- Emotion

So that's 32 songs so far and I'm still just scratching the surface. How do you narrow that down to just 10?
