This thread only reminds me that there is A LOT MORE of Bowie that I need to listen to..
of the 30- 40-some Bowie songs I've heard (SHAME! I know!) I would choose, as my favorite SOUND & VISION (don't you wonder sometimes..?) Golden Years (I'll.. stick with you baby, for a thousand years..) FAME (what you like is in the limo) China Girl (..you shouldn't mess with me..) & EXCELLENT bassline Let's Dance (under the moonlight.. the SERIOUS moonlight) - yeah, okay.. some think that this is too "pop" for Bowie.. MAYBE. Still, this song "rocks"! Young Americans (gee, my life's a funny thing.. am I still too young?) Loving The Alien - DAMMIT, I just love this song, & I don't know why! The Secret Life Of Arabia - those handclaps & that funky bass is that 10 yet? ask me this same question 1 YEAR FROM TODAY! 
Bowie IS the man though. COOL as he wants to be.. married to a FINE woman who always looks half her age.. I'll see you tonight..
