Love this joint, when I saw them live for the first time it was one of the highlights.

THIS JAM IS TIGHT. I LOVE EVERY VERSION I HAVE HEARD OF IT. I HAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THE PFUNK LAST FRIDAY AND THEY DID THIS SONG FOR ABOUT 15 MIN. COMPLETE WITH A SAXOPHONE SOLO AND THE FUNK WAS FLYING!! | |

This is one of my all time favorite PFunk jams.There is a B-side on "Music For My Mother" called "Vital Juices" which is actually a continuation of "Red Hot Mama". It fades in at the same place that RHM fades out and continues the jam for a couple more minutes.Awesome.  "...all you need ...is justa touch...of mojo hand....." | |
