Spent the past Valentine's holiday watching the Sly Lives documentary on Hulu (directed and produced by Questlove). Great documentary, lots of rare great footage that I'd never seen, and I HIGHLY (pun not intended) recommend this to any Sly fan. Solid hour and a half.

While you're at it, has anyone peeped the "Sly and the Family Stone" channel on YouTube? I guess that, in light of the doc, all kinds of good rarities are coming out and the YouTube channel seems to be dropping a few new tunes every day. Again, great stuff, but I can't get enough of the alternate mix (released yesterday) of the Thank You For Talking To Me Africa.

I’m gonna take some time and watch it this weekend.I’ve been listening to the soundtrack on Spotify and it contains some great rarities.
