40 Years of Music: Footloose & Beverly Hills Cop There are so many iconic albums released in 1984, but I wanted to dig into these two. Footloose and Beverly Hills Cop.
Let's Hear It For The Boy - Deniece Williams Almost Paradise - Mike Reno & Ann Wilson Holding Out For A Hero - Bonnie Tyler Dancing In The Sheets - Shalamar I'm Free (Heaven Helps The Man) - Kenny Loggins Somebody's Eyes - Karla Bonoff The Girl Gets Around - Sammy Hagar Never - Moving Pictures Hurts So Good - John Mellencamp Waiting For A Girl Like You (Foreigner)
Six of the songs hit the top 40, three hit the top 10, and two were number one hits, including "Footloose" and "let's Hear It For The Boy." "Almost Paradise" was number 7, and "Somebody's Eyes" was number 16 on the AC chart.

Its crazy remembering the amount of hit songs were coming from these soundtracks in the 70s, 80s and first part of the 90s "It's not nice to fuck with K.B.! All you haters will see!" - Kitbradley
