Excuse me but I just have to explode....explode this body off me

I'll be brand new...brand new tomorrow.
A little bit tired...but brand new.

I love Bjork's poetry! I especially love that she couples it with incredible music. Listen to Pluto and you'll hear exactly what I'm talking about.

I love Pluto. Used to think it was a bit too loud and fast
but after re-discovering the whole Homogenic album, I fell
in love with it.

Mostly I like her lyrics because she keeps thing simple and
manages to still get to you and convey a lot of emotion,
with the help of some brilliant music, fcuz.
and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

TRON

Bjork's lyrics are amazing. Abstract but direct. Emotional and psychological. She really cuts deep with her words, voice and music. She's got it all. Some of my favorite lyrics of hers are in "Hyperballad", "All Neon Like" and "Unison".

One of my faves...

Since we broke up, I'm wearing lipstick again.
I suck my tongue in remembrance of you.

Pluto is slowly growing on me. I felt it to be too harsh at first, but I understand her point. Pluto energy is dark and violent, astrologically speaking. Pluto is associated with the sign of Scorpio, hence the death and rebirth themes, transformation, ie: explode this body.

One of my favorite Bjork lyrics is:

I want to go to a mountain top
with a radio and good batteries
and play a joyous tune
to free the human race
from suffering

Hope I quoted that right, didn't bother making sure.

I love the energy of this song so much. It's an amazing audible portrayal of the ferocious strength of the cycle of life.

Sometimes I imagine that this would be the battle music for God's Angels as they sweep down to destroy the enemy. Yes!
