Michael Jackson 1998

As early as 1987, maybe a tad earlier, MJ started signing his name with "1998" and often also had 3 circles over (or under) an arrow pointing to the right.

o o o

I never did figure what he thought, or was trying to do. Anyone remember this?

The last one had more arrows too. The only thing they remind me of is when football coaches write plays with o's and arrows. (Also x's?)

Did he keep doing it, up until and past 1998? Or was it just a temporary thing?

I don't know about post-1998. But those BAD photos are from that era, so it was a good 11 years he was doing it. He was sorta out of sight/out of mind from 84-87, so if he did sign anything like that in those three years, it went unnoticed. It was when it was in plethora, I think, that people started to notice.

I honestly don't know if he was trying to be that cryptic, or he really had something going on. Or was it something a psychic or something mystical to him? I don't think MJ was that cryptic with being playful or whatever like Prince was. MJ just sorta said something, or he didn't. So I have to almost consider that he had more weight on it.

Whatever it was.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

I have previously read that Michael psychically thought 1998 would be his death year. eek

I think he was just being dramatic about turning 40. neutral

Who knows, LaToya was a psychic friend then too, right? smile
