I respect that she can sing and is talented. But I'm going to be honest for me: I can't stand the tone of her voice. I've tried and tried to listen to her. Her cover of "Jolene," or literally anything else.

I can't get into it. I only know the hook of the "Flowers" song because it's in every other Instagram video. haha

I don't listen to this garbage but I'm dying to know what this River song is about.

I suspect it is about Capitalism.

Took a good listen, start to finish, last weekend on a road trip. It is sequenced perfectly and all fits together, even while the arrangements and moods vary greatly. I appreciated some of the production touches and had to look some of the credits up.

I did listen to "Flowers" the other day to hear more than the fucking hook.

I didn't mind it. Her voice was different so it wasn't as grating on my earhole.

What I do like about that song that it's what I call New Disco. It has the retro/new sound. Examples:
