The label's first signing wasn't Donna, or anyone else they're immediately known for. It was Kiss who were the first act signed, but they weren't the first group to have a single released from them.

I think if I had to pick a favorite Casablanca Records release at any time, it'd be the 17-minute "MacArthur Park Suite."

I still remember back in the summer of 1979.this album was everywhere! The singles were HUGE! Donna was truly in her heyday smile Even the songs that weren't singles (like "Walk Away" and "Sunset People") were getting lot of airplay.I imagine that this album was VERY popular in the discos back then.

It's a very underrated song.I especially like the live version on her 1978 Live And More album.
