I've been trying to search for this female singer for decades! IDK her name, but I know she's from the late 80s and I remember two songs she sang (not sure of these titles, butv I do remember them):

Before I Jump In Love Again

I've gotta find out who this woman is, these songs have been in my head since '87 (or '88), can someone help me out there?

No problem. Is the other singer you were looking for Alison Moyet? She has a song called Is This Love. I'm not sure if that's the one you want though. But it's from around the same timeframe as the other one.

She's not the one. This song I remember is a ballad from '87 or '88, still apprecaite it though, it's a ballad with a beautiful sax bridge

I just found out "Before I Jump" by Ana was a non-album single she wrote herself, but it's featured on the expanded edition of her debut album

And on her 2nd album, she sang "Angel Of Love" with Jordan Knight of New Kids on the Block too. I just need to find out who sang that other song I remember and it's a ballad
