Susanna Hoffs on CBS just now In a Grammy tribute to Paul Simon. She's looking good. Must be 60, or close to it. Sheila's in the crowd. I imagine she'll perform on one of his more rhythmic, African-derived songs. Stevie Wonder coming up later.

She'll be backing up Stevie, shaking a gourd instrument.

Wow. Jimmy Cliff, with Shaggy. Jimmy looks like he's wearing Prince's symbol on his hat, but it's a variation of an ankh.

Gonna watch tonight or this weekend. Saw the Bangles at BB Kings club and they were great. Susana besides looking great has killer legs. Just Music-No Categories-Enjoy It!

Aside from some so-so country acts, a very good show. Simon's got quite a repertoire. I won't spoil any more. Susanna was born January '59, so less than a year younger than the man, and as well preserved as he was.

It's impressive that there are some really good songs that weren't performed/they didn't show. There was no Me & Julio, no Cecilia, no Boy in the Bubble, no Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes. And I'm imagining Sheila on Late in the Evening. She'd play the crap out of that one.

I found some info on when it was taped back in April. Several redos, including some by Paul himself. But Late in the Evening was played - by Brad frickin Paisley. Oy.
