I will be seeing it soon
I'm not a hard-core fan but I appreciate his music.I was kinda forced to watch Elvis movies and concerts when I was kid.My grandfather would play them non stop

Think I might go see elvis and "The Black Phone" on the same day

I recently watched a 2020 special about the film and they interviewed austin butler and Lisa Marie in the jungle room at Graceland.

Also heard this film recieved a 20 minute standing ovation at the first screening for the film.

That's funny that you were forced to watch Elvis movies as a kid; I loved Elvis movies as a kid. Many are cringe worthy as an adult but I have fond memories of those. Others, like Jailhouse Rock, are classics. My late Mom was a huge Elvis fan and one of the highlights of her life was going to see Elvis in person and having a napkin signed by him. lol

...

BTW the best Elvis movie I've seen so far was the Kurt Russell movie "Elvis" from 1979. Kurt killed it. One of his best acting roles IMO.

My Mom passed away 15 years ago...and I never did know what happened to the napkin! Would be worth a lot of money, for sure! Now, I'm wanting to see the Kurt Russell film again. It's that good. Think I'll get the DVD. Looking forward to the new film, also. The singer Yola, who I saw in concert this year, plays Sister Rosetta Thorpe in the movie. Yola is an amazing live artist. Looking forward to seeing her in the new film.

Tubi TV has the Elvis Mini series from like 10 years ago that won Jonathan an Golden Globe Award I think. I need to see it haven't seen it yet, but he is the closest to look like Elvis.

As of today, this movie has made: $142,870,965 (USA) & $263,370,965 (worldwide). Which is pretty good for a non IP movie these days, especially covid era

Yep it's Incredible Mickey to see the youth on youtube who dig his music. This Movie has put him on the charts again. I'm getting the 4K Steelbook when it comes out.

Yeah a lot of reaction videos, by various ethnicities. Even to ones that are not music like the one about Elvis & The Black Community.
