On this day (today) in 1992, Boyz II Men would release what would be their monster smash hit, the L.A. & Babyface penned and produced, "End Of The Road". Originally released on the Boomerang soundtrack (which BTW also celebrates its 30th anniversary today too), the song would go to #1 and stayed there for a record breaking 13 weeks on the R&B and Hot 100 Billboard charts, breaking the record held previously by "You Light Up My Life" by Debby Boone, which held the #1 spot for 10 to 11 weeks.
