Gheezus, what the fuck is he doing?!?! He's so far gone with his music. He's sorta like George Lucas, when Lucas got up in his feelings about how people were shitting on Episodes I-III, and he said, "I'm just going to make movies I want to make and that no one will see." Well, go ahead. Go'on. Git! Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

The song blows. I owe no one the privilege of me liking their artwork, no more than anyone owes me the same. I can only be honest. I'm honest when I say that song blows. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

+1--agreed. No need to mention more honesty--I am sincere. > Just be sure not to be sad about it--Sananda was trying to say that, U no. I'll be as objective in the matter as I need to be!

2Freaky, and the greater audience, I hope I've not come across as terribly impolite in my commentary here--apologies if I have, I'm just trying to have a good time in my blundering way. There's nothing wrong to state whether you like the song or not, of course, but I just don't get the actual song hate by 2 people on here so far and wished to express that. Maybe we could try picking a better song or a worse song to highlight? > I percieve the song to be at least okay, and I surely think why not. People do applaud it regarless of how poorly in taste it might be judged by some. I simply don't feel that it's quite the song to make fun at! It emotes a simple tale of woe in a bluesy style with great vocalization, BTW. If that's too simple or stupid, or a waste of effort to ya', then fine, I can't take an argument any further except to say I imagine adding a duet there with Whitney Houston singing few verses--rest her soul--would have made the ditty a bit more interesting, piteously or gloriously, if that could have actually been, lol. > We now continue with our regular scheduled programming.

I was thinking the same thing. Damn, I used to enjoy his music so much. Feels like he just releases everything that comes up in his mind.

It's ineteresting to see how he's grown over the years. The journey of an artist that is always developing and not leaning in on what got him famous is admirable.
