What songs do you never get tired of hearing? You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Soooo many more. I realize these are mostly what I call "mood music" or more contemplative songs. I guess i'm a "melancholy" in that way. I decided not to foray into the uptempo stuff. But strangely enough if I did, Justin Timberlake's Like I Love You would've been one of the first off my fingertips

None. No matter how much I like a song, there's always a time that I think, okay, time for something else. I just like it that for whatever reason a song pops up in my head and I put on the album or look for it on YouTube. Or going through my record collection and thinking, oh, I haven't listened to that one in a while. If you take any of this seriously, you're a bigger fool than I am.

I just remembered how much I love Robert Palmer singing "I didn't mean to turn you on" as a duet with B. J. Nelson.
But, everybody's choices on this thread are awesome too. [Edited 12/11/21 19:36pm] Welcome to "the org", heartpeacesheart…

Removing Prince out the picture, quite a lot. Forget Me Nots, Hotel California, Juicy Fruit, Sweet Home Alabama, Through the Fire, Unforgettable, Lovely Day just to name a few. Time keeps on slipping into the future...

Yes, B. J. Nelson is a vocalist who Robert toured with. I love their version of "Tell Me I'm Not Dreaming" too. She has some solo work as well as background vocals on many many many albums and tours. My favorite song of hers is "Walk Beside Me". She is probably most recognized for touring with Duran Duran on their 1984 tour as a background vocalist. Welcome to "the org", heartpeacesheart…

Not sure if she was on the Notorious tour or not. We were friends on Facebook at one time, maybe I'll friend her again and ask her.
I have being a huge fan of Duran Duran to thank for my interest in knowing who played with who, and loved seeing people that I admired and what they were doing, and I am thankful that my love of music expanded organically that way. I bought B.J.'s album on cassette when I found it and its unfortunate that I no longer have it due to my many moves over the years because to read about it now, it may have been a promo copy, as I see it's release reported a lot of places as "CD, Album". I actually didn't attend a lot of shows until I got much older. I saw Luther Vandross in '88. Then it took a few years to go to other shows. Great lists! I feel bad for the artists that are sick performing certain songs, but there must be some special ones that still give them the same pleasure as the listener.
