A lawsuit over Nirvana's 'Nevermind' baby album cover has been dismissed

He didn't seem to have much of a case with it. He'd posed for the same pic as a young adult, probably made a few bucks for an appearance or something, etc etc., and now he's suddenly all up in his feelings about it?

I don't even know that it was for attention as much as it was money. Everyone is so goddamn litigious these days, that you know it's bad when the Nirvana baby gets in on the hustle. But it really was a joke...moreover, it made him into a joke.

Yeah, who wouldn't be thrilled to be on the cover of one of the biggest albums of all time, even as a naked baby. If anything you might sue to get some kind of royalty, but not for damages.
