I just listened to it yesterday and added it to a seasonal party shuffle for this year. I would love to have it on vinyl!

By coincindence (how it often goes) I found it for 1 EURO in some forgotten crate in a record shop. Together with an album by Billy Preston, a james Brown album, an album by Seawind and the maxi of The Time's Jungle Love, plus a Rappers Delight's maxi. All in one dusty crate. All 1 Euro. Once in a while, actually very rare tbh, you dig up some 'pure gold finds' like this and you're the happiest person in the world. - ''Merry whatever and happy always'' "The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves. And wiser people so full of doubts" (Bertrand Russell 1872-1972)

This was on constant repeats on the holidays through the years at the house. 🏡He'd sing and dance along sometimes. My stepdad passed a week ago. 🙏 I found it thrifting last year to my surprise. Just Music-No Categories-Enjoy It!

I'm really enjoying Christmas music from the 80 especially the 1980-1986 period
Always Jazz Christmas music
Christmas music that feels like that local neighborhood or dive bar lol
And suprisingly lounge/drum n bass Christmas music (I never thought I would like it)

I'm watching some videos of people reacting to Christmas songs on Youtube. Right now it's Wonderful Christmastime by Paul McCartney. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton
