I wonder if Bobby is going to participate this time. He didn't when NE released the single This One's For Me And You a few years ago. When the NE biopic came out in 2017, Donnie commented on it and so did The Rock.

I had no doubt without even watching this would be the best performance, mainly because NKOTB has been consistent on tour and sounded great from what I heard from footage and a few performances I have seen, and New Edition the same thing, plus the talent was there before to actually sing and perform LIVE.

Great performance, surprised at how familiar my kids were with the New Kids songs, and just read that there's gonna be a tour. Looking forward to being one of THOSE types of parents where we're taking the kids to a concert of an artist from our generation and the whole family enjoys it.

I watched some red carpet clips on Youtube and NE said they were planning on having a Las Vegas residency in 2022. Ralph said that he was happy that BTS was enjoying NE perform. Johnny said (as a joke) that he was watching them from onstage "what they know about New Edition?". They said there might be new music. I know Ralph was working on a solo album for at least 2 years now. He mentioned it a while back on his radio program Inside The Ride. He even played a few demos from it a few times. He hasn't been on the show for awhile now though. Ralph did release a single about a year ago called All Mine, which features Johnny Gill. It got some airplay on Adult R&B stations.

New Edition Announces Nationwide Tour With Charlie Wilson And Jodeci Coming In 2022

New Edition is returning to centerstage, as the group finally announced their long-awaited tour—their first in nearly a decade since the #AllSix tour that ended in 2012.

The 30-city tour will feature all six members—Ronnie DeVoe, Bobby Brown, Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins, Ralph Tresvant, and Johnny Gill— and is set to run from Feb. 2022 through early April.

When speaking on this tour and the concept of “reuniting,” Johnny Gill exclusively told VIBE ahead of the group’s American Music Awards performance in November, “It’s so funny, people always say reunion. It’s not. Honestly, New Edition has been New Edition and it’s been all of us here […] We decided to come together now and join back forces and give our fans something that they’re looking forward to seeing.”

The Roxbury crooners will be joined by Charlie Wilson and the newly-reunited Jodeci.

Michael Paran, founder/CEO of P Music Group revealed that the Jodeci reunion was sparked during the pandemic. Paran shared with Billboard, “They’re ready to build something new, done the right way without continuing the missteps of the past. I want to be long-term with them and help them show the world that they’re back to begin a whole new era.” Paran also reps Charlie Wilson and Johnny Gill.

Presale tickets for The Culture Tour will be available starting on Tuesday (Dec. 14) at 10 a.m. local time for select cities until Thursday (Dec. 16) at 10 p.m. local time. Tickets go on sale for the general public on Friday (Dec. 17) at 10 a.m. local time.
