I did hear Stevie say he was interesting in doing this on an album he was going to call "When the World Began", where he would re-record a few hits with a big orchestra, along with some original material. But he's talked about three different albums for 15 years now, including The Gospel Inspired By Lula and Through The Eyes of Wonder. He did a magazine interview last month where he said he hoped to have an album out in November, and not a peep since.
With MJ and Prince gone, he's really the last legend I look forward to hearing new music from. | |
