R.I.P. Sam Salter

R&B singer passed away at age 46. He was at one time signed to LaFace Records He had a Top 50 r&b album in IT'S ON TONIGHT in 1998.

His debut single "After 12, Before 6" went to #19 on the r&b chart in 1997.
