Tidal now streaming Masters level Time & Sheila E (WBR Albums)!

I just noticed that The Time & Sheila E WBR catalog is on Tidal streamng as Masters. (at the same time, there are fewer and fewer Prince Masters quality offerings there) Anyone know when this happened and where these files can be purchased & downloaded?
