I feel like any topics about his kids are like bait. There’s always going to be an opinion and maybe well Just never know the truth though he’s the one who raised them and brought them up

Wish this wasn't on HBO Max, I'd love to see this. Hopefully it gets put up on Netflix or for purchase on YouTube one day.

Y'all that don't have HBOMax could just get a trial for a week or something. Blaze thru Tina, the new Justice League - whatever floats your boat.

Just a thought.

I think I'll take your advice.

Well if what the executives said about Tina was really true then ageism as well as other isms were alive and well then too. It took a lot of fight it seems for those that remained standing to keep standing. I think some of it had to do with the amount of work those people were used to that help them keep pushing. Tina for instance came from a share cropper background. That's back breaking work that requires a lot for very little. ..... .... [Edited 4/2/21 11:16am]

Well TINA had a great team behind her that all beleived in her, her manager being her champion and TINA had great strength and she was going to do what it took , but the reality was she was over 40 at the time and the hits had long since dried up, there really wansnt much chart presence at all after Ike and Tina and even then, Nutbush City Limits peaking at 22 was the last big thing. So her doing those vegas shows trying to get herself out there again was a must because had she not i dont think a manager would have been in her corner like he was. Even with that she was over 40, nothing happening, and labels didnt want the investment, and yes other things came into play as was said, her race and also her being female. But with all that she wouldnt never break through today.

wrong thread... someone (or two or three) called the police to have that thread locked so apparently MJ's adopted children are not open for discussion

Took it too far folks don't care to listen. Point becomes pointless. There is zero conversation. It's just a shout down.

I think we can all agree that as cliché as the word "comeback" is in music, Tina has got to be the poster example of the term.

Her story is legend, by far the most authentic come from behind victory with all the odds against you tale in the world of music. Cher may have broken her record for being the oldest female artist with a #1 hit but people will always remember who set that record above all else.
