The best televised concert you have ever seen? For me is this magic right there. https://m.youtube.com/wat...zGPrd72xIQ BBC use to play this all the time back in the day. What about you guys and gals?

Digable Planets 2016: watch You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

It´s a tie between Lovesexy and the Parade birthday show. The Purple Rain Syracuse broadcast was also great. These three are my favorite TV concerts ever, with Lovesexy as the best. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

May sound crazy, but MJ’s 30th Anniversary, simply because it’s what got me obsessed with music. I was not a music buff before that. Listened to lots of rap and what was on the radio. After I caught his performance, I got hooked on not only his stuff, but older R&B in general, and everything from Motown to Philly Soul to Sam Cooke, R. Kelly, and everyone you can imagine. Obviously it wasn’t MJ’s best performance, but for someone like me who was just a casual fan tuning in by accident, it was pretty mind blowing.

I don’t know if “Michael in Budapest” counts as a televised concert; but, that’s my choice. [Edited 12/29/20 0:16am]

Madonna's "Confessions" concert sounded really nice.
