Nasty Girl is one of Prince's greatest musical compositions... and Vanity didnt ruin it... SEx Shooter was a cool musical track...and Apollonia's non-singing ass made it unlistenable |

Nasty Girls is a much more interesting song to me, it is extremely funky and was the first Minneapolis Sound song that reached my ears. Loved the song as a kid, plus Vanity is resonsible for the first real sexual feelings I experienced as a 10 year old boy, I was completely fascinated by her. RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time... |

I have heard other artists say they were not consulted and didnt get a dime off of their albums that were reissued by FTG, Big Break and other specialty reissue labels. I admit I dont understand this reissue process and why some titles receive multiple reissues while other more sought after titles from the same artist get one reissue or none at all. And yes, I also asked FTG about the Vanity titles years ago. They said they put in requests for those titles multiple times but Universal would not clear them for release.
