Doesn't the OP ask for new songs? It seems the songs listed are from decades ago. razz

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Love the Whitney album as you can't "not love" her voice. Not as strong as Mariah's but solid until you get to the duet with Bobbi Kristina. Still too sad (all things considered) to enjoy.

*

Toni's isn't one of my favorites but no complaints about it. It's a solid Christmas album.

*

Not too big on Ashanti's. Compared to the previous 2 in your question, her voice just isn't as strong and there's nothing on the album that really "stands out" from other Christmas albums...

  • CHLOE FLOWER BRINGS OLD HOLLYWOOD GLAM IN NEW HOLIDAY MUSIC VIDEO "CAROL OF THE BELLS" – OUT NOW

NEW YORK, Nov. 23, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — After giving the holiday classic “CAROL OF THE BELLS” an eloquent twist on her latest single, dynamic pianist, producer, and activist CHLOE FLOWER today unveils the music video for the track, which was co-written and co-produced alongside GRAMMY® Award-winning icon Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds. Once again, Chloe teams up with Asian-American female director Deb Tam who shot the music video on film. “Carol of the Bells” delivers a cinematic visual that evokes old Hollywood glamour as it switches from black-and-white to color vignettes. YAAAS! It's a great little Christmas record. I love the medley of "Emmanuel," and "Little Town." Her cohorts Gary Chapman (then-husband), and artist Michael W. Smith are all over that record. Despite it being a holiday record, it's definitely one of the most Amy albums. I also love "Love Has Come," and her version of "Sleigh Ride." Her subsequent Christmas albums are beautiful.

MWS has his fair share of Christmas albums. His first Christmastime is spectacular. His "Gloria" is amazing and fun as his is take on "Kay Thompson's Jingle Bells'." His more recent The Spirit of Christmas is chocked full of guests like Grant, Michael McDonald, Vince Gill, Lady A, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Nettles, Little Big Town, Bono, and Martina McBride.

You could shuffle all those records between the two of them and fill days of parties with love and spirit.

Meghan Trainor "Holidays" featuring EWF, and Morris Day "Cooler Than Santa Claus" ended up being my favorite new songs this year I will probably listen to for years to come (God willin').
