My sister ordered several Prince and Madonna Concert DVDs for me. The mailman did not ring the bell or knock on my door to give me my DVDs and CDs! And the individual did not leave a notice slip in my mailbox for me to contact the post office or UPS to re-deliver my packages!! He/she probably sent the DVDs and CDs back to the online seller?

Typically, any service where I am will attempt delivery twice or three times before sending back.

If that doesn't apply to you, you may still be able to arrange redelivery by phone. Worth a phone call. Does your sister have any contact details for the delivery company or store?

Yes, she has the info. I will tell her to contact Ebay and the Post Office.

Misleading title. You could have anything coming in the post. That's the point - bad post service. Not what's in the box.
