I don't know about that, but what I do know is that he had a great song there You Can't Win one of his very best songs in her career.

"You Can't Win" in the movie was okay. But that 12" that incorporates the extended "Can't Get Outta The Game" ending is amazing. I always wondered growing up where "Can't Get Outta The Rain" came from. It was a b-side a few times here and there for MJ singles. I had no idea where it was from. It wasn't until 2000 or so that a fellow Prince fan (some bearded fellow that loved cake) told me about the 12".

That's the version I'm talkin about, wonderful funky song, and those lyrics are very well written.
