Is Beyonce evil?

So many youtubers are calling her luciferian and I know she’s been accused of black magic. I thought it was just hate cause she’s a successful black woman, but I also saw videos where African users are analyzing black is king and likening it to demons. I don’t know if I believe it or not but have always liked her music.

Thoughts anyone?

Here.....we....go.... With steriotyps, rumors, etc.

She is a Virgo with Scorpio Rising. She is intuitive, industrious, creative, reliable, loyal, etc.

Jay Z is a Sagittarius with Pisces Rising, compatible with her water sign rising and Virgo sign.

When I was watching the Wendy Williams show, Prince'e ex said that Beyonce listens to her husband too much, I wonder why Prince's ex said that to Wendy Williams?

Shout out to Ms. Cancerian Wendy Williams! I have been a fan since you were on Kiss FM/New York Radio/R&B Music. 😃

I haven’t seen Black is King, but if there’s demonic symbolism in it that would just make me like her more. I suspect the people making those videos are grasping at straws because she’s pro LGBTQ (every single user who makes these videos is a hardcore homophobe who hates everyone that doesn’t worship Jesus) and identifies as a feminist (her feminism is heavily debated by scholars but that’s a different thread).

Some say she’s evil because she canceled Keri Hilton, but she was doing the world a favor.

I still haven’t seen black is king either though would like to, but also feel a little creeped out after seeing the YouTube critiques by African Christian individuals though

And did she really cancel Keri hilson?

She has channeled a lot of imagery of the Yorba goddess Oshun a goddess of fertility beauty love ✨ which can be conflicting with a lot of Christian teaching and disturbs a lot of people because a lot of that imagery is connected to a lot of traditional imagery of the Virgin Mary and Jesus. I guess it depends on where one stands on imagery. To me imagery is just art not faith so I'm unbothered. I really can't tell if she is all that deep into the orisha worship or is just doing what most people do, connecting to roots through some traditions. I suspect the latter.

If there is something beyond the physical. If there is a spiritual world, if certain beliefs are true etc

Ignorance would not stop evil spirits from connecting to her(or anyone) She might see some things as just a means to an end, but when has that not stopped people from being influenced in a bad way.

My Borinquena friend(what she calls herself), not Christian, not any particular faith, just believes in a Creator, visited a Yoruban ceremony, something she just thought was a cultural 'festival', she said at a particular period in what she wasn't expecting she saw 'spirits' non physical 'people' riding practitioners. She left before it was over. She said she didn't really believe in that stuff, but she knows what she saw. And would never go to another.

.

.

overall answer is, IDK, but I think she is messing around with some stuff

.

.

She has been posing herself as the Yoruban goddess for a while now though. It's funny how someone 'clearly' mixed like her with her blonde colored hair is inserting herself as an AFRICAN/Black woman/goddess

I hope you practice that same belief in using traditional imagery associated with all things not Christian but I doubt it, few of us do. It seems to me people are comfortable with things they are used to and don't have a second thought about using and playing with them in their everyday life but then when they view something unusual they heap a lot of ideology on it. If one honestly believes evil spirits abide in the imagery of one tradition then they abide across the board in all types of traditions whether they are common or not. One should live their beliefs not just talk about them. I believe if Beyonce were channeling Venus very few would bat an eye because that imagery is incorporated into our culture on a regular basis and is considered acceptable.

You do realise they used to burn women because they thought they were evil. I cant believe you even ask this question. You don't know if you believe it? Use your common sense.

evil? Seriously?
If you want to look at evil there is a plethora of big corporation owners you can plaster that label on. Not an artist who is expressing herself.

I don't know what you are talking about... the worship of Mary? I'm not into that, I'm not Catholic either.

Well I didn't mention Mary in the sentence you highlighted or even in that post. I did mention it in my 1st post because those are the words I've seen other people mention in referencing Beyonce and Oshun not necessarily on the org. But in my response to you I wasn't referring to catholics or any specific group but including anything and everything not based in the Christian faith and people attributing evil spirits with somethings unfamiliar to them while they themselves dabble in other things on a regular bases that imo are just as much outside of Christianity as the orishas. Personally I frown on that kind of nitpiking. I grew up in the era where all thing dabbling in dragons and stuff like dungeons and dragons had people claiming they saw evil spirits around. Funny thing it included LoTR, a book written by a Christian using non traditional imagery incorporating Christian values to tell a story. I don't put a lot of value in people feeling uncomfortable about something therefore it must be satanic type of thinking.

OK but I tried to neutralize my post by sharing my friends 'encounter'
.
I don't need to go deeper into this. I know you have issue with 'christian' things. This is about Beyonce, not a deeper religious discussion. I've already had a 'discussion' about 'Mary' in P&R

You don't know me at all if you made such a statement. I'm closer to the cs lewis ilk to be honest. The question is if Beyonce was evil. There are all kinds of ways to be evil but this went into her usage of orisha imagery, which comes from religion, as the sole reason why she's seen as evil. I had an opinion about that and said it. I'm cool if it's not agreed with. Now is she highly commercializing I'd say yes. Is that evil? It could be but I wouldn't stamp her that way for marketing the hell out her and hers. It is exhausting though.

I don't think 'race' had anything to do with it.

The 'hate' partially came from fans who were fans of Destiny's Child, and didn't like that Beyonce got pushed further ahead over the other ladies. There is a lot of 'hate(better yet critiques') against her because of direction and such. Many are disgusted because she's done things like copied Erykah Badu's video and used the same thing for her 'Lemonaid' video etc

.

Very similar to how many black/african descendant people don't care for Diana Ross because what happened with the Supremes of 'taking' the role of Dorothy in the Wiz from Stephanie Mills.

Beyonce started getting alot of undeserved "hate" after she linked with, and married JayZ...just like the hate directed at Whitney Houston for dating/marrying Bobby Brown... the media/entertainment industry HATE it when their appointed black female celebrities date and marry black men.. ESPECIALLY black men of the backgrounds that Jay and Bobby come from...the industry wants their selected black divas to date/marry white men or stay single...like Tina Turner and Diana Ross and other sellouts....if Beyonce would have married Justin Timberlake or Robin Thicke or Prince Harry, she'd be less hated by the media and whites
