I'm looking for a song title (yes, I've already tried "googling" it..) & I am confident that 1 of you highly musically knowledgeable org-types can identify/confirm the song title I'm looking for..

this song.. could be (maybe was?) described as a "club" song.. though slower in tempo that the usual "120 bpm" standard club or "dance" song. I remember hearing this track quite often in the early to mid.. 90s ? ?

at different times in the song, the line "I don't know, yeow, yeow" (to me it sounds like "yeow yeow")

"I don't know, yeow yeow" repeats several times ; enough times to get stuck in your head (like it's been stuck in my head for several weeks now..)

& then

at other intervals in the song, there is this sort of "carousel" or "circus" type music that plays for a few moments..
