Mariah Carey - 16 albums remastered and on vinyl

Mariah's sorta embraced Glitter in the last year or so. But it may not be out because it's a movie soundtrack (sorta how some Batman songs get left off Prince compilations, etc.) Just a guess.

There's not one whole Mariah album I like front to back. Maybe Unplugged, I guess. Not getting the vinyl, though. But good on her for putting this out. Seems like it's sorta overdue considering how many artists are doing this sort of thing.

Most likely because it's on a different label. It's Virgin, no? I'm amazed that she already has so many albums. But then again, it's been 30 yeras.

Mariah vinyl prices on ebay have been ridiculous over the past few years. If I had of known they were going to be so valueable, I would have kept the vinyl versions of her first 3 albums.

Wonderful discography, she's been giving us great things to her fans since the 30th anniversary of her debut, now Rarities is coming with b sides and live concert.

I only have Emotions and Mariah Carey of the early ones. You had Music Box? I found the other ones pretty easily and locally! smile They really overprice them now, but I was buying them about ten years ago when everyone was counting her out.

Good you did that because trying to get Emancipation or Rainbow was getting rediculous. In like 5 years i have seen them go from about 50 to 200.00 each. Thank goodness she rereleased Butterfly which was a MUST have for me and I have a good copy of Glitter. Glitter on vinyl is interesting as well because some songs are not synched like the CD so you get new intros and outros to songs like Reflections for example

I actually never saw Rainbow the album on vinyl. I never bought Mimi on vinyl even though I used to see it ALL THE TIME.

Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel was always expensive (new).
