Fonda Rae is back. Don't sleep.

If you not ready for the funk, come back later.

Cool track! I only really know her work on the Don Armando's 7th Avenue Rhumba album.

"Over Like A Fat Rat", "Touch Me (All Night Long)", "You're Too Late" [by Fantasy], "The Price You Pay" and "Living in Ecstasy" are other notable Fonda bops. And there's a hot album from 1981 put together by songwriter/producer Patrick Adams, released under the name Rainbow Brown that Fonda sings all the leads on. Fonda is one of those artists that never got her due. Glad to see the fuckery that goes on in the industry didn't destroy her, her voice, or her love of music.

I know the first three you mentioned well, but didn't realize that was her on Fantasy's cut!

Lol Yes!! Preach! Peeps just don't know. And let's not forget "Hey O' Bah." Also, wasn't that Fonda Rae leading vocals on "Ride On the Rhythm" by Mahogany?
