Orgers, Any Suggestions For Meditation Music? I’ve been doing it for over a month now and I would appreciate some album titles

I only know what's on YT. My daughter used it to put her son to bed. Some will play all night even 12hours long. Time keeps on slipping into the future...

I'd have to say smooth instrumental jazz... It's the only music my late father would listen to...seemed to put him in a happy trance! "Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." --Plato

Deep Alpha- Steven Halpern Deep THeta- Steven Halpern
Both titles are binaural beats based, with theta being more conducive to intution, learning and memory, and alpha being more conducive to aletness, calmness, mental coordintaion.
Not just Halpern, but in general Ive found meditating to binaural beats is a good experience. This is what you want...This is what you get.

I've been doing that so far & it does work but I also read that medidative music could be a great guided tool.

Nice! I'm really loving this one: https://youtu.be/eyXqJkmH7Pk
I found a compilation earlier by Japanese musicians, and there was this one I got stuck titled "Still Space" by Satoshi Ashikawa.

I have an ambient mix I put together for background music when I'm working on something. I figured I'd have more in my library that would fit the playlist, but its rather small. I'm always looking to add to it, but only if its stuff by artists i already enjoy or will enjoy.

Hi Hamad. I don't usually meditate to any sounds but when I do, I use Solfeggio frequencies. Many of them are very simple tones that don't interfere with the process for me. They're also great for having on in the background when doing other things.
