The framerate is unnatural and the picture is blocky as hell during movement, this is not HD, it's upscaled and rendered in a higher framerate, looks terrible.

Most old music videos on YouTube that are in 1080p are all upscaled. I guess because everyone's just too stingy to properly restore those videos...
