INXS Live Baby Live BluRay Greetings, Just finished watching the amazing remaster of INXS’s famous Wembley gig from 1991. Boy, this disc should be the benchmark for reissues by other legacy artists, thanks to being shot on 35mm Film the picture quality is amazing. Any love for this criminally underrated little Australien band here on the org by any chance? Watching this show made me realize how much I miss Michael Hutchence, dude had stage presence and pipes for days!

Here's the video explaing the lengths they went to in order to put this old 35mm film into 4K format. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Michael Hutchence was definitely a star of his era... he was like a much cooler Jim Morrison...i always dug INXS stuff... i was heavy into INXS, Depeche Mode, The Police, Spandau Ballet, Duran Duran, etc

D Double and Inxs were my faves. They were quite the funky pop Aussie squad. Michael left us way too soon

Being from Australia I was hooked on INXS before Prince, but the sheer volume of Prince's work made me spend more time in the late 80's searching for his rarities !

"Guns in the Sky" is one of my favorite videos from them. It's sexy AF. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

^^wow my wife is truly impressed now, and jealous
I freely admit that I never payed much attention to them, I was just familiar with a few hits and the vidoes from heavy rotation back in golden age of MTV
that changed however over the last few weeks. my wife is a big fan and got into some heavy INXS fever recently. and I went along, also worked my way through their discography.
we baught and watched Live Baby Live and the Mystify documentary, and online we caught a great mini series that was on Australian TV some years ago, and yes, I liked that one a lot.
so yes, you can count me in now
this is my fave so far their nod to Prince
Vanglorious... this is protected by the red, the black, and the green. With a key... sissy!

I don't have 4K equipment yet either, but I bought the 4K set anyway, cause it also includes a Blue Ray disc that will have to do until a hardware upgrade I would get it now, at the moment the 4K+Blue-Ray set (20,10 Euro) is basically the same price as the Blue-Ray-only version (19,66 Euro)
