New podcast about making Michael Jackson's "Off The Wall" Podcast Streaming - lnkfi.re/JCsMusicology
In this episode of #JCsMusicology, we deconstruct each song from Michael Jackson's first solo album as an adult artist - Off The Wall.
Once The Jackson's gained more independence with the group work, allowing the to write and produce the vast majority of their albums going forward, Michael also began to plot his own emancipation. By staring in The Wiz and meeting up with Quincy Jones, a significant musical partnership was formed and a team was assembled.
Using demos and multitrack tapes, we learn how one of the greatest albums in history was crafted. [Edited 7/11/20 9:15am] Always cry 4 love, never cry 4 pain.

I have listened to the first half of this. As always with JC's podcasts, it's a great episode.
I'm sure he said in a prior podcast that he's working on a Prince episode. That's worth looking out for.

Great episode yet again "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."
