Time was crazy tonight, I don’t think anyone expected them to talk and play songs for almost 3 hours. Then the after party was lit. That little girl DJ had to go on at like 1am lol. if it was just a dream, call me a dreamer 2 |

I messed this one up. Didn't know as half of the Jill Scott songs though they sounded pretty cool. * Too much talking and thought that Jill played her songs for too long. * Ended up falling asleep a little over an hour into it. * Wife told me about Badu's wittiness and humor and the great afterparty with the DJs and her jam band this morning. * Mad AF that I gave up too soon...

I am just now getting up. I had a motherfucking ball last night!!! I loved the VERZUZ, to me it was just Jill and Erykah letting the world kick it with them and their music for over 3 hours (best grown and sexy concert EVER!!!!) and then Erykah announced the After Party. Have mercy! My livingroom looks like the aftermath of a VIP section. I missed the morning jam session, darn it. Aw well, I'm going back to bed.
