watching it right now-madonna cracks me up--it's a cute story line --you know I don't think she's a bad actress per se, it's just really hard to look at her as someone else--she's just --- Madonna. Anyone else feel this way?

P.S. And I liked SWEPT AWAY!! A lot!!! But I'm still not givinginto American Life, jason.

Anyway, like I said she's cute on Will & grace but I just see Madonna, not a character.

Ok going to pour another glass of merlot.

I do PurpleGypsy. I think she's a brilliant actress. It is hard at times seeing her as her character, because her persona is so much larger than any film or show she appears in. Sure, there are critics who will always put her don or people who just don't think she can act. Respected. But, she is good.

I thought Madonna was perfect in this episode. Hopefully she had enough fun that she'll come back again?

It was fun seeing Madonna,but this show totally SUCKS! I had never watched it before and it seems that I wasn't missing much.

The show hasn't been funny for a few years but this was maybe the best episode I've seen in a long time. She was really great and while I'm a huge Madonna fan, I've cringed at her acting pretty often (although I do like some of her movies, like "Who's That Girl"). This was great. Those writers must have worked overtime to give her great lines but her delivery was great. Dare we think that she might win an Emmy for guest actress on a comedy? She has won a Golden Globe for acting before!
