Did anyone see Leno last night? Wanda Sykes was a guest and joked about how every time Osama Bin Laden makes a tape, they always play it over and over. But when Terence Trent D'Arby just made a record last year, no one ever played it or knew about it. A black man sings about love and can't get on the air, but a terrorist preaches hate and it's everywhere.

It was good to hear TTD finally get some recognition and appreciation out of the blue like that (especially for his last album), and I certainly wouldn't have expected Wanda to be a fan or do the mentioning. Cool indeed!

I don't know. Jay Leno keeps up pretty well. I'm thinking TTD might have even done the show sometime ago. (The audience is another thing)

I love Wanda's tv show.

Not sure if Jay knows about his new album or not, but I do believe he's a fan of his. TTD's been on there a few times before, promoting stuff from Symphony or Damn and Vibrator. The audience didn't react much when she mentioned his name, so that basically proved her right.

It's nice that at least some people don't forget about a truly talented artist as TTD / Sananda
