She isn't that new. Rhona's been in the group since around 2003 or 2004, before that she was an actress on Jamie Foxx's sitcom. En Vogue's last 2 albums feature her. Neither Dawn or Maxine are on them. The last album with Dawn is EV3 from 1997 and the last with Maxine is Masterpiece Theatre from 2000. The original 4 got back together in 2005 (and Rhona left) to sing on a Stevie Wonder song and toured for several years after that.
