Wade has proven to be nothing more than a money-hungry opportunist who got his feelings hurt and is now seeking revenge

MY problem is, there was a very short list of Michael's "special friends" that used to include Wade Robson and Jimmy Safechuck.

Now that they are... banished, I am just not so sure.

Now the list above has to include people who were never considered "special friends".

The arguments are like "WADE SAID IT DIN'T HAPPEN, IN 2004 WEN HE WUZ GROWN" well guess what, Wade addressed that too and it makes sense.

Brett Barnes, Frank and Eddie Cascio, Omer Bhatti, Maccauley Culkin and Emmanuel Lewis all had close friendships with him - the doc tries to imply that Barnes and Culkin were molested when they both have always denied it.

I'm not really sure how Wade Robson's mealy mouthed attempts at explaining his "evolution" on whether or not he was molested makes sense. While it's obviously common for some little kids who were molested to hold that secret in for years afterward, Wade's a very "unique" case. After Jacko bit the dust he went out of his way to work with his Estate and Janet (working on the latter's choreography at the VMAs in 2010). He attempted to work with the Estate on the Cirque du Soleil show that was in the works at the time as the lead choreographer, but was rebuffed and not chosen. Following that (in 2011) he begins hitting the road for a book deal - of the explosive, tell all variety, but can't find a publisher. After that, he attempts to negotiate a secret pay out from the estate with his first, brand new allegations of abuse. After being told to pound sand, he goes public and goes on a media tour, with the new "documentary" being the final puzzle piece in the publicity battle for his lawsuit.
A certain kind of mellow.

Exactly. The guy has ZERO credibility. His actions look very suspicious. His career was going nowhere fast so he suddenly decides to claim that he was molested by MJ....to gain some much-needed publicity and (he hopes) a big payout from the estate. It all seems calculated and phony.

There seem to be only three classes of people with regards to this:

1. Those that believe he didin't do it.

2. Those that believe he did it.

3. Those that don't care one way or another.

The first two are usually pretty firm in their beliefs one way or the other and almost no amount of facts or evidence will sway them.

That leaves the third category. They may be swayed one way or another but it doesn't really matter because most are either too young to care are weren't into MJ's music enough for it to affect them.

.

exactly.

.

from my perspective, Michael should have never left himself open to suspicion of this activity (being with young boys in his home/bedroom/any other isolated location). if he were going to be around kids like this, at least have a chaperone or other "impartial party" to cover how this might look. either by the time he started doing this, Michaal was "too far gone" &/or he simply didn't care.

.

in terms of Michael's music, I listen almost exclusively to everything he put out up to "thriller" (my favorite song on that album is "PYT").. that earlier music - including the brilliant "off the wall" - was before (as far as I know) he starting "sharing his room" with minor children, & I think that's his best music anyway..

I'll see you tonight..

I've said this before, the only person you know is YOU. I don't know what Mr. Jackson did, didn't do, or possible did. I've observed a lot of smoke and there may have been some fire. Mr. Jackson should have carried himself and interacted with children in a very different way MJ gets side eye for thinking it iwas acceptable to invite children over to sleep with him in his bed, it's not done. If MJ wasn't famous most people would see it for what it is. MJ wasn't a dumb man, he was a grown ass man, but he seem to me to be a manipulative man. (IMHO) I think he had issues up the ass and yes, I'm sure his up bring played a part in this.

These parent's failed protect their children. I don't give a damn how famous you are or how rich anyone is. No mother with any fucking sense, wouldn't leave her child unsupervised ... especially with a grown ass man. Play dates with an adult? You cut a check for twenty-five million to an accuser and yet you keep doing the same dumb shit... even though the optics are foul? I forgot, in this celebrity obsessed era, common sense doesn't appear to be in abundance.

Easy there sparky - that's clearly not what Brando said nor is it the headline.

He said "I think it’s pretty reasonable to conclude that he may have had something to do with kids", which seems both vague and in need of context. Apparently it's a transcription of an interview which will be released - but of course Michael Jackson "had something to do with kids" - anyone around him could say that.

Given that Brando continued his friendship with Michael Jackson until he died, and even appeared in one of his music videos from 2001, I'm going to take a wild guess that there's a bit more to this.

Well when you consider the fact that Marlon was an alleged sexual deviant himself it wouldn't have mattered to him. Marlon's own daughter Cheyenne Brando said that her father would molest and rape her when he would visit her. I find it comical how the media is putting the spin on this story to make it seem that Marlon thought MJ was guilty. When Marlon himself was an alleged prev.

I don't know if Michael did this or not. But it is clear to me that there is an agenda to destroy this man's legacy. While overlooking all of the other sexual deviant white male artist. Why is Michael under such scrutiny. Yet the likes of David Bowie, Elvis Presley and multiple rock bands given a pass.

And after watching LN... I came out side eyeing Wade and James's parents more then MJ. To me it seem like they didn't give a fu*k about their kids... Just as long as they were getting what they wanted.

MJ's bodyguards have confirmed he had lots of secret girlfriends. LMP, Shana Mangatal and Debbie Rowe all claimed to have made love to him. Sometimes I think MJ just wanted the media out of his business so he pretended he had no interest in sex or diverted the public attention by having boys on his side. He didn't want his love interests being bothered and hunted down by the media so he kept his romantic relationships lowkey. I usually say, jokingly, he was a "closeted heterosexual" who pretended he was a pedophile to fool us, lel.

No, Michael is NOT accountable or responsible for people waiting TWENTY YEARS to come up a fake allegation in order to extort money- 1.5 BILLION. It seems you WANT Michael to be responsible for something, snything, so you can have an EXCUSE for “being on the fence” as a fan. Would YOU want to be held responsible for a person falsely accusing you of something just because you hosted them at your home? Are you a mind reader who KNOWS in advance that a person is going to turn on you? If so, then you are smarter than ANYONE IN THE WORLD, and need to be world famous. 🤨 O

I don't disagree, 20 years is a long time. Again, I haven't see the documentary. I am curious of your thoughts of his 1993 case, the one where he made 23 million dollars settelment. But as I read the case... No evidence, no witnesses, the accuser and family refused to cooperate. So why settle?

Yup. Michael must have been dumb, you know? Why fork out 23M USD to someone who has "no evidence, no witnesses, the accuser and family refused to cooperate" precisely after the accuser described your aroused penis and the police took photos to confirm/refute? MJ was too generous sometimes. But people are mean which is why you have guys like Bill Dworin, the lead investigator of the case, saying the pictures matched and Tom Sneddon wanted to introduce the photos as evidence (Tom Mez fought it). I just wish these haters would leave MJ alone.

This many months on, I still can't listen to his music. Logically, I'm torn, with the larger part of me believing he did it, along with some doubt. But when I hear the music - nope. Nope, nope, nope. Threatened, In the Closet, PYT, The Way You Make Me Feel, Torture, Beat It, Can You Feel It - I loved these songs, but. Nope. Can't do it. Maybe it'll change, but meantime? Gross.
