Curtis Mayfield song? This maybe a stupid question, but I'm looking for the name of a recent song with Curtis Mayfield singing on it? Although, that's what I think they said on the radio... I may be wrong but I think it starts with 'Baby, I don't want to argue...' | |

A "recent" song? His last album of new material came out in 1996,and he passed away in 1999. | |

I know that, that's why I'm not sure about it. Maybe some another group just put his voice his voice on it. I don't know. Maybe it's not Curtis... If not, I still want to know the title of the song. It also contains the line ' All I wanna do is love you, I just wanna hold you close'. It's not his style of music, I have a disc of him too, but I do think the voice sounds pretty similar. But again, I may be awfully wrong about it. | |
